These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of AEOlab. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
AEOlab provides AI visibility audits, monitoring tools, and related utilities to help you understand how AI systems may access and interpret your website. Features and limits may vary by plan.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We try to provide reliable results, but audit output is informational and may not capture every issue on your site.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. For example, you must not:
- Submit URLs you do not have permission to audit or monitor.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or disrupt our systems or other users' accounts.
- Use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the service except as expressly allowed.
Plans, billing, and limits
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at the time of purchase. Plan limits, such as audits per day or number of sites, apply as described on our pricing page.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.
Intellectual property
AEOlab, including its software, branding, and content we provide, is owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your website content and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate the service.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee search rankings, AI citations, crawler behavior, or specific business outcomes from using the service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid us.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if continued provision of the service becomes impractical.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
Changes
We may modify these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
